The role includes mentoring and learning diverse students, adapting content to the needs of the course, and building an inspiring learning experience.
Areas of responsibility
  • Delivering face-to-face and digital lessons using a variety of advanced digital tools
  • Building lesson plans, preparing presentations and creating up-to-date digital content
  • Personal guidance and accompaniment of participants during the course
  • Accessibility and explanation of technological processes in simple and clear language
  • Regular updates on changes and developments in the digital field



  • Experience in training or teaching in the fields of computing or digital
  • Excellent command of digital tools: Google Workspace, Office 365, cloud applications and sharing
  • Ability to stand in front of an audience, patiently explaining things at eye level
  • Love for technology, constant learning, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Hebrew; proficiency in other languages ​​is an advantage
  • Willingness for face-to-face and digital training at Hadera College
